The employees are nice but they can't always do my drug tests because they don't have a guy working.
Amazing experience. Winter was extremely professional, pleasant and greeted me with a warm smile. The process was on point along with providing great customer service. No waiting time whatsoever and they were very efficient in and out.
Best testing facility in Akron
I walked in for a background check. The office is clean. The people are very professional, nice, full service and I was in and out. Parking lot is tricky so drive carefully.
I came to get an FBI/BCI background check. Kahterrah was really great, she went above and beyond and called me later to clarify a few things and give me some useful info. She was the only one working and she was managing five people at once and still got my background check done super quick.
