If you want to feel like you're being treated as an individual rather than just another application, then The Hamilton Agency is worth considering. I've had the pleasure of interacting with Hamilton Agency in several capacities over the years. At different times they have managed rental properties of mine, I have been a repair vendor for them, and I have been the president of an HOA they manage.
