I would NOT recommend. So he showed on time for a home inspection and did 2 houses in 2 hours. I've had dozens of home inspections and never had 1 house done in 2 hours let alone two houses. Charged $450.00. Jammed me up for payment same day. My agent that referred me to him got a call the next morning early about payment. I had been tied up and sent payment that morning at 8 am. Its been two days and no report yet.
I have been working with Mike and his team for about 10 years. I recommend him to my clients when they are buying a home. When I call him to schedule an appt he responds very quickly and my clients usually receive the report the next day. I like how he has a "Summary page" of the items to be aware of right away. One of my clients was having a problem with her toilet after she moved in.
