I had a great experience with Accurate Inspection Home Inspections. The inspector was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough from start to finish. They took the time to carefully examine every part of the home and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.

I would NOT recommend. So he showed on time for a home inspection and did 2 houses in 2 hours. I've had dozens of home inspections and never had 1 house done in 2 hours let alone two houses. Charged $450.00. Jammed me up for payment same day. My agent that referred me to him got a call the next morning early about payment. I had been tied up and sent payment that morning at 8 am. Its been two days and no report yet.
I have been working with Mike and his team for about 10 years. I recommend him to my clients when they are buying a home. When I call him to schedule an appt he responds very quickly and my clients usually receive the report the next day. I like how he has a "Summary page" of the items to be aware of right away. One of my clients was having a problem with her toilet after she moved in. I called the inspector and he went out after business hours to help her adjust something on her toilet so it would work properly again. He di... read more
