We had an important home inspection scheduled with Jon at Accurate Inspection Service today. My husband took off from his busy work. We were there on time with our realtor. A complete NO SHOW. No call no text no email. We tried to get ahold of them and could not. I have bought and sold 25 properties here in Anchorage and this is the first time an inspector doesn't show up and does not call to explain. Wow.

Our inspection was very thorough and everything was explained to us to where we could understand it. We learned a lot about the house and other requirements by the law! Would highly recommend for your house inspection.

Jon did a home inspection for my clients who were first time home buyers and they were very pleased with him and all his knowledge. He is very patient and makes sure the buyers learn about the home and how to maintain it in the future. Always a pleasure working with Jon.

If you need an inspector, you need to hire this one! Jon Schultz was so knowledgeable and did a super job. I would hire him again in a nanosecond if I needed another inspection.
