"I (Naser Sadeghifard, 64 years old) had an ultrasound appointment on Monday, June 29th at 10:30 AM. The specialist who performed the ultrasound was a male. He spoke to me in a very rude, inappropriate tone and with a loud voice. Even though I explained to him once that he should speak more calmly and politely, he ignored my request and continued to act very rudely. I had a very disappointing experience during my wife’s ultrasound appointment. My wife is 9 months pregnant, and instead of being treated with kindness and professionalism, the ultrasound technician was unnecessarily rude and dismissive throughout the visit. What was even more upsetting was the way she spoke to our 2-year-old daughter. Our daughter was calm and well-behaved, yet the technician spoke to her in a harsh and unfriendly manner for absolutely no reason. As parents, we found this completely unacceptable.
