One star because even though the receptionist was very nice, the ultrasound technician needs to work on her communication with the patients. She did not explain any of the process and this caused several issues. I had to receive a transvaginal ultrasound and she had not explained how it would work, just to go empty my bladder (as was necessary for the previous ultrasound) and then take off my clothes, not even mentioning we were about to do the transvaginal. It's really upsetting to see such a lack of compassion at a medical imaging center. I came with an urgent referral from my doctor, clearly marked as emergency, but the secretary didn’t even bother to read the paper or check the email. She just said 'we’re full' and sent me away. This is not how urgent cases should be treated. Shameful and disappointing.
Went for 12 week pregnancy ultrasound. The technician needs to work on his bedside manners. Tried to explain that my periods are very irregular and advise of the results of my last ultrasound, he rudely cut me off and wouldn’t listen. He used my last period which overestimates how far I am by 4 weeks. Once my husband joined me, he was a little nicer. Also apparently they don’t have a printer and couldn’t print me even one image.
I am very satisfied with the service, very friendly and sincere woman at the reception, I came with back pain and needed an immediate x-ray examination. She did everything to make it as fast as possible. Thank you. But that's not all, I am very grateful to the elderly woman who does the x-ray, she is a true expert in her field. Very grateful for your sincerity and work.
Accurate imaging diagnostic is the BEST OFTHE BEST imaging centres That I’ve been to in all my years and I’m pretty up there in age From the staff who are kind and helpful to the wonderful technician Soheila. Soheila is the best technician that I have ever ever had for ultrasound. She was kind, compassionate, and very gentle . I will only recommend this Place to anybody I know and I wanted to thank you again for making my experience so pleasant!! Thank you very much Nora.
