I had to rush over to leave a glowing review (and honestly, based on the phenomenal service I received, that one reviewer that left 1 star may not have been a customer of THIS Accurate HVAC...) My HVAC system was not working properly and I called Accurate for a estimate on repair and ended up needing a new motor but Anthony was very honest and responsive ordered my part and had it installed within a week. Will be using for all maintenance and repairs from now on.

I had to retract my previous review. After finally receiving a response, I was able to have my AC serviced. After spending hours, literally a full day, trying to locate the issue, my unit finally was fixed and cooling off my house. It has been almost a week and the unit is still working smoothly. I appreciate the determination put into trying to diagnose and search for the issue and getting this problem solved before this next heat wave came. The follow up communication afterwards was greatly appreciated!
