I had an appointment with Dean Blair from Accurate Home Inspections in order to do a Wind Mitigation Survey on my new roof. I was not on time due to extenuating circumstances however, Dean was on time, even a bit early - very respectable and extremely professional. From the moment I spoke with Accurate Home Inspections they were professional and courteous. They showed up on time the day of the inspection and took their time looking at everything. Once they had completed the inspection they explained many of the items they found that could present an issue and assured me I’d have the full report by the end of the day. They answered all of my questions and those of my realtor and family. I didn’t understand some of the terminology and they had no problem explaining what everything is.
