Denny was quick to respond to the inspection request and completed the inspection very quickly - maybe too quickly. He missed the fact that a drip pan is required by code under the water heater on a second/upper floor. The problem/miss was pointed out by a service professional about 9 months after I moved in. It will ultimately cost me to fix the problem. Attempts to recover my out-of-pocket expense(s) for the error were denied.
