Tom was AMAZING! We are first time home buyers and he was so thorough with our inspection and all of his explanations. He laid everything out with safety concerns and how he would approach everything. We felt so taken care of and can't recommend using them enough!

Tom helped us with our cabin and saved us a fortune in findings that could have cost us thousands in repairs. He is extremely thorough and isn’t the guy trying to get in and out to get off to the next job. His report was very professional and explained everything in a way I could understand. Couldn’t say enough about this company and I’m a customer for life!
I had my home inspected yesterday by Tod. He did a fine job and was very polite. However, much to my displeasure I got a call from my neighbors today letting me know that my dog was down the street wandering their house. Well come to find out yesterday he left my gate open and all 3 of my dogs were out wandering. That was stressful enough , but then I had to run home, grab my 6 month old then scour the neighborhood and find all my dogs.
