Didn't want to write a review until move-in. We were unable to be present during the inspection, but Tom took the time to video chat with us and our realtor. Very helpful over the phone and went though all the pictures he took of problem areas and answered all our questions quickly. He noted nothing major which had us very excited to move in. Tom was awesome! Walked us through the whole house to show everything he noted first. Then went back through with the pictures he took as well. So thorough and helpful! I will recommend him to anyone looking for an inspection!
Tom was great to work with. He provided an incredibly detailed report and made it very easy to understand and identify what he was looking at. His pricing was incredibly fair and easy to schedule with.
