When home health care needs to stay in a family, Accurate don't care. when a family needs more people, They do not send them. They just DO NOT CARE !!!! I will NEVER HIRE THEM !!!!!!!

We have "worked" with Accurate for homemaking services; however we have had countless issues of staff not showing up to complete their tasks and/or appointments. I have expressed my concerns on multiple occasions and it appears there is no accountability for their staff.
