Responsive and knowledgeable
A few years ago, the walls around our furnace vents had a lot of dark soot stains. We assumed it was a furnace issue and/or soot was blowing out of the furnace ducts in the attic. An agent came and did a complete check of the furnace and found no issues.He ask if we burned candles in the house and we were on an almost nightly basis. He said that was probably the problem.
