if i could leave a negative star, i would! you guys donated my reel without my permission; without my knowledge! i paid $964 dollars for that reel! money i saved so i could buy that reel for my son getting good grades! and now its gone under a false excuse that you couldn't reach me? you have my email and never once did you email me! i kept following up on my reel being fixed and you never answered! instead you go and donate it? without my consent? all i wanted was my reel to be fixed! thats all! these guys are scammers and ... read more
