Ty is my rep and I have worked with him for years. This man goes above and beyond no matter his work load. Whenever there is missing extinguishers or an audit is sprung on me and I am in a panic to get issues resolved he fixes all of them same day effortlessly. This year I was told to look at other companies but I went to bat for this company not to switch all because of the outstanding work this man does.
