I took my child to see Dr. Chang for a recent eye exam. Very comprehensive, thorough, pleasant, nice, intelligent, and qualified are just a few wonderful traits to describe Dr. Chang. We will most certainly continue to have my child see her for annual eye exams and follow-up care.
Dr. Chang is the BEST eye doctor ever!!! I have known her for over 20 years. She is the most HONEST, genuine, caring and professional eye doctor. She always has great attitude towards the patients. She is NEVER rude, always so humble and patient. I was being taken care by her so well, better than all the doctors I have been to. At this point Dr chang is harrassing me and trying to intimidate me. Dr Chang called me after I posted this review and BEFORE posting her response to my review so I can take it down. I didn't answer, she called again and when I didn't answer, she followed up by responding to my review falsely accusing me of being angry and not to post my "unhappiness on Google", lol. Nasty receptionist. I have no insurance and was shopping around for the best price. Made the mistake of calling them a second time. Clearly aggravated and with a bad attitude she informed me " that I had already called and they had already told me." Nothing like professional courtesy...
