I have been calling for months. I stopped by lights off. Then you sent me text that yesterday to confirm an appointment Sept 6. Please cancel. I found new dentist.

I had an appointment today. I even received a text reminder last week. I took the day off. I showed up, the place is locked up and lights off. Looks like they closed up, no notice to me. That’s just nice.

I give up. I did miss my appointment but I've been trying to get back with you. The first time this happened there was no voicemail. You now have voicemail just saying leave a message. 3 days. Amy did a great job but I will not be coming back to get the dental work done since no one can communicate with me. The previous dentist was great you could be getting a lot of business if you knew how to do customer service

Not sure what is going on or what has happened with this office. My first cleaning was a great experience. A few weeks later, I need to replace an older crown. The initial session was also smooth and I had no problems with the temporary crown. I had the permanent crown seated on June 13. It has been all down hill since then. The crown came off the following day. I attempted to contact them numerous times (around 6-8 times a day) for the next 4 days. It would beep twice and then disconnect. The best dental experience I’ve ever had. From the lady at the front desk to Abby explaining every detail of what was happening. The dentist was very nice and detailed as well. My new dental home
