Great auto shop – Accurate Automotive is a really good auto shop I looked up online in MA. I am glad I did! Great shop, with people that care. My car had problems running and had been sitting for over 1 months and at a VERY good price they got it running. I am glad I found this shop and I live about a half hour away. I can now have the peace of mind to say this is one less thing to worry about!
Great service – My daughter who is away at school recently broke down on the highway late at night and AAA picked her up. She did not know of anywhere to go. The AAA driver new that Accurate Automotive was open late. They were just closing up when she arrived, but said they could look at it in the morning. They gave her a free loaner car to take home and said they would call with an estimate the next day. It turned out to be a minor problem which they fixed that day. Worse than the worst! – I had a horrible experience with these guys. Here is my story: 1. I got new 22” custom forged 3-piece wheels for my BMW X5 2. I purchased 4 new tires from these guys and scheduled an appointment for installation. 3. On the day of the install, they were unable to put the TPMS sensors on the wheels. I had to arrange a conference call between them and the wheel company. It took at least 10 minutes for the wheel company to make them understand ‘how to install TPMS on the wheels’! 4.
