Spent over $500 getting my Volkswagen fixed here for an INTERNAL oil leak, just for it to have an EXTERNAL oil leak when I picked it up. Called the shop back immediately and I was told that they fixed the issue they saw but couldn’t get me back in for a few days. The shop did not seem to care about the NEW problem they caused on my vehicle. I just can’t understand how my INTERNAL leak turned into an EXTERNAL one and the team of “mechanics” didn’t realize.
Will always take my vehicles here to get any work done!! Their work is very trustworthy!
Think again before choosing this auto shop. From my experience, auto shops call you before you have work done to tell you how much it'll cost and what all the issues were, etc. The front desk women did not listen to my request, I asked if they would please call me before they fixed anything on my car.. they did not do this. I had to call twice to figure out what was going on. They never called me, it was me calling them which is unprofessional as the client should always know what is going on with their own property.
