I called accurate about a melted part in the microwave in a house we just purchased, which the inspector did not catch. The owner asked me some questions and assured me we could likely replace the part ourselves and proceeded to recommend how to go about that. He explained why the damage likely happened and why it would be OK for us to try the repair on our own. He spent at least 10 minutes giving advice which will mean no service call for him. I had an issue with my freezer during COVID. John returned my call the same day, had the part on his truck and had it wrapped up in a few hours!!! His fee was very reasonable. THANKS JOHN!!! 😊
He never answers the phone
After paying a service charge and having our washer accessed, John was looking into sourcing the part that was needed to get it back up and running. This was back in early March. As of today (late June), we still do not have a working washer, the part needed, or even the name of the specific type of part needed. I have called and left numerous messages and emailed as well.
