The Accurate Appliance company should be never used . All the other stories of past customers are my same experience. They do not show up, are rude when you call, and do not fix the appliance in my case the dishwasher. Finally they lied to the insurance company Assurion and said the work was completed . I can not over emphasize the frustration and possible fraud this company practices. The positive reviews must be employees.

By far one of the most unprofessional places. This is our second issue with them. They send technicians who try to get out of doing any repairs and will blame the customer for the issue. They don't want to be accountable for any work and are outright rude when you call management. They were sent by our insurance company and are a total waste.

Completely useless, do not ever use them. Technician came to the house charge for the visit, and were suppose to order parts which they never did and never come back.

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use Accurate Appliance!! First, the technician didn’t show up the first day he was supposed to repair our dishwasher. After calling the office, I was told that his car broke down. But no one notified us of that, after waiting hours for him. The second day they sent a new technician who told us that he had to order parts and it would take two days to a week for a second appointment to happen to install the parts.
