We hired Jeremy and his team for a full build out of our studio and it was an absolute disaster with so many broken promises. I’m not surprised by all of the negative reviews about Jeremy and his company. He has cost us thousands of dollars in business due to his horrible communication and very poor construction. Added layers to a shared condo wall. While his crew was here they told me - we didn’t need to use much insulation since you already had “some” in there. The sound through the new wall now still persists. Did I get a lower price since apparently they skimped on insulation? Of course not. I also followed up a few weeks later to ask about a gap with their new layer of drywall and our connecting exterior wall and never heard back.
