My daughter, who goes to college in Decatur, needed a new windshield for her car. Accuracy gave me quick, dependable, and reasonably priced service. They were able to put her mind at ease and fix her windshield, working with her schedule and meeting her on-site. The communication was great. Thank you for taking good care of my daughter and her car. I will definitely send my family and friends to James.
The contractor for accuracy glass who installed my windshield was amazing super nice and respectful,had a problem getting a receipt emailed to me but finally received it.also had a problem with my windshield wipers not working after glass was installed but James young made it right.the company is cheapest on price,the only thing is they don't give a paper copy receipt when you pay.they email it.Thank you James.

Our car was broken into late Friday night. Accuracy Auto had a good price and the ability to come Saturday to my house to fix it. They weren’t quite the cheapest but we’re close and having it fixed that day was important. Unfortunately, something went wrong with the glass and they were not able to do it as promised. However, they dropped their price to meet the lowest quote I received and came on Monday morning, rearranging an existing schedule to accommodate us. Accuracy Auto Glass has the lowest pricing on windshield. I was quoted 152 plus tax and that's exactly what I paid (total came up to be 187). On top of that, I was called within a few hours of getting my online quote on a Sunday and set up an appointment for the next day. The two gentlemen who came were efficient and had my windshield installed in an hour. I'm very relieved that I don't have to worry about the windshield breaking on my face and even more relieved I didn't have to give up a whole paycheck to get it replaced. ... read more
