Lauren has always been courteous, accommodating, and thorough in the hearing aid process. Hearing aids rock! Have been using Accura for 7 or 8 years now, and Accura and Phonak have allowed me the ability to hear again. Phonaks are stylish and most people are shocked to find out I wear hearing aids!
