Very nice and knowledgeable,was very impressed with my experience
The person that called my wife totally played her. She told them that she was already denied by care credit, he told her that they had multiple financing options, but when we went there, that was the only option available. I felt awful and so sorry for her, she looked so very disappointed. She has been struggling with hearing loss for a while now. We thought that they were going to help. It was just another scam to get you in the door. 😥😥😡😡
We feel that we should have been told on in advance that cleaning of my husband’s hearing aids could not be provided as we did not purchase the them there. We were not told of this in advance by the person at the receiving desk. We made a. Big mistake then by purchasing the yearly plan to be able to stop in and have the hearing aides cleaned. Signing while under pressure was a bad decision and we are asking for a refund .
