They were great. Thoroughly tested my hearing & explained the results & showede my options
I had my 1 year appointment on my newest Oticon hearing aids. Had a hearing test, adjustment and cleaning. The hearing specialist also showed me how to use the microphone setting on my phone to boost the sound using my hearing aids if need. I’m happy with the service and the hearing aids. The person who saw me was approachable, explained all procedures throughly and answered all questions thoughtfully and with respect. I was at ease and comfortable during the entire visit.
