They solicit by making phone calls, and they convinced my dad who has dementia to come for a hearing aid. My father kept telling me he needed to go there but he doesn't need a hearing aid. They convinced him he needed to visit their facility. I never heard of a practice that would call people with dementia and try to persuade them to visit their facility. I find that to be elder abuse. STOP PHONE SOLICITING SENIORS!!!!
The facility was very clean and the Doctor and staff was very professional. Must thank them for getting me in and out in a timely fashion. Would definitely suggest any friends and relatives to go annually for a audio checkup.
