ZERO stars. My 6 month old broke out in hives. I called to make sure they saw pediatric patients. After we arrived, checked in, PAID for the service (30 minutes in), they said their provider could NOT see pediatric patients. So we took our daughter who was having an allergic reaction to Total Access. Unbelievable.
Waited an hour and a half to he seen. No tissues anywhere with everyone sneezing and coughing. The doctor was the only plus to the whole establishment.
The staff is nice. But why is the staff blasting rap music? Unprofessional in a medical setting. But they were nice.
Took my granddaughter there because she was not feeling well. She had to get meds and the Walgreens her meds were faxed to was closed for the night. Asked the person up front if they could fax to 24 hour Walgreens and she said it was not necessary it could be transferred to 24 hour one. Not true. If pharmacy is closed there is no one there to input into the Walgreens system to be transferred. I had 2 wait till pharmacy opened up the next day to get meds. Very frustrated.
I took my very sick daughter here. Upon arrival she had 103 fever. They did a “flu” test. By doing so, swabbed the boogers running from her nose. Didn’t take in count the petechiae and rash on her face, her cough, wheezing or any thing into consideration upon treating her. Gave her Motrin. Told me she had a virus. Knowing that wasn’t the case I left here and took her straight to Missouri baptist er. They were so friendly! Super efficient and professional. Most importantly I could tell they were genuine and not just there to collect insurance money. 😘
Very nice staff! The place is extremely clean and kid friendly! My daughter is terrified of doctors and they understood and didn't get aggravated with her at all!
I went there last night with my son. Staff was friendly, and nice, but they did not treat my son and told me to take him to an ER. The nurse came in with the discharge papers for me to leave, and told me-without me even asking or prompting in anyway, to call this number in the morning and get a refund because a manager was not in. I get a call in the morning before I had a chance to do that to check on how my son was doing and if he got treatment elsewhere.
