Being new Clarence homeowners we wanted to have our house tested for the presence of Radon. I contacted Rick at Accu-View Property Inspections and he got back to me right away. He came out a few days later and set the test up in our basement. After the two days he retrieved the Radon test and texted and emailed us the results right away. I can’t say enough about how pleased I was with Rick’s recent home inspection on a property I am purchasing. Rick was detail oriented, but efficient. He expressed concern about an issue but was not alarmist, providing his expert opinion based on what he saw, no editorializing… “just the facts, Ma’am.” Because of his thorough inspection and supporting photos, the seller agreed to take care of the issue at no additional cost to me. Rick was nothing but professional and attentive when inspecting my home. I've had dealings with other inspectors but he was by far the best that I have experienced. Very detail oriented and made sure whatever he saw he would relay that with me and go over possible options for fixing and answering any questions I had about anything during the entire process. He will be my first choice if I ever need his services again.

Rick is communicative, professional, highly knowledgeable, thorough, and returns inspection information quickly. The documents supplied to me during this process highlighted all the issues with the property, emphasizing which posed hazards and required attention most urgently.
