Rick did an incredible job on our home inspection. He was thorough, patient with all of our questions, and took the time to explain the systems we were unfamiliar with. He was professional and his report was incredibly detailed. We would highly recommend him.
From the moment you contact Rick to schedule an appointment, to the final report after inspection - his professionalism, attention to detail, and expertise are evident. Rick was awesome - he pointed out things I had no idea existed, and his explanations were super helpful. 10/10 experience all around. To put it simply, Rick's first inspection saved me from a house purchasing disaster. I was so grateful, I knew I'd call him back again for the house I would eventually buy.
