Rick was nothing but professional and attentive when inspecting my home. I've had dealings with other inspectors but he was by far the best that I have experienced. Rick is communicative, professional, highly knowledgeable, thorough, and returns inspection information quickly. The documents supplied to me during this process highlighted all the issues with the property, emphasizing which posed hazards and required attention most urgently. This is in addition to encouraging me to accompany him through the house, so I felt very confident and informed even prior to receiving the report. Rick inspected (what is to be) our first owned house in this area and we were highly satisfied with his services. He took us step by step through each part of the house and provided a rationale for each of his actions.
