10/10 service - very thorough and professional, made sure the issue was the issue before ordering any expensive parts. Also sat in office past 2 days, and even seeing the "behind the scenes" I'd go back to these guys in a heartbeat.
They are a terrific company to work with- no one in Tucson would work on my truck they didn’t guarantee that they could fix it but that they would try and try they did! Extremely transparent, great customer service, and second to none craftsmanship. I will recommend them to everyone I know. May God continue to bless them
I brought my vehicle in for a simple alignment, but instead the mechanic ran diagnostics without my consent and then tried to sell me on nearly $2,500 worth of suspension work. Great mechanics, Art got me going again, probably messed up his name...lol had ac Condenser spring a leak where a rock hit it. They diagnosed it quickly and hot another one ordered, soon as it came in they slapped it in and I headed out reasonably prices. Great place! Would definitely recommend for a repair shop.
I'm from another local dealership about 8 minutes away. We don't have the capability to do repairs on chassis issues. When I was a service advisor I always sent my customers to Accu-Trac for any concerns with our customer's motorhomes. We hadn't done business with them as a sublet vendor before but I picked up the phone, talked to Art and he always says "yes, absolutely we can take a look at it".
