This company is outstanding. David arrived within 2.5 hours and was a godsend. My 7 year old system had 2 freon leaks and he took the time to show me the problem and answer all my questions. While no one is happy about spending money on repairs for faulty coils (Thanks Carrier), David was courteous, competent, and exceeded my expectations.
David has been servicing our account over the past 4 years. He has always been extremely courteous and efficient. My cooling system is in need of some major work and David took the time to thoroughly explain what should be done and the attendant cost. As long as I live here I will hope David will continue to service my account. He's exceptional.
David came out to do a spring check up, and he was fast and efficient. He showed me that I was low on coolant in two of my units and promptly filled them. Very thorough job. I always have great service from Accutemp.
I had this company come out on a holiday weekend so I had to pay extra for the service call, which I understood from the beginning. The technician solved my a/c problem and talked me into doing some additional work. The technician had to disconnect the natural gas to my water heater in order to do his work and then he left without reconnecting the natural gas and relighting the pilot light on my water heater.
