I've been doing business with this company for about 25 years. They have always done really good work and the office staff and technicians are prompt, professional, proficient and friendly. This is a good company to do business with for sure.
This company is seriously awesome. We have always had a great experience with them. Long story short, today Bob (the owner) came out on a Sunday night and fixed something that another company botched up. The service tech, Eric, that has been coming to our house for years is also fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Highly recommend.
I wish there was an option to give NO stars. I was a new customer to Accu-Temp and I had the tech Bob (Owner) come out to my house. To start I completely understand that this time of the year is a very busy time for the AC industry, but service should NEVER be dropped, or experience shouldn't be overlooked. Bob came out to my home and was very rude to my wife and 3 children. Thank you Accu-Temp for the advice to change furnace filters in this Polar Vortex and to use an AprilAire. We just removed the 3M filter and replaced it with the AprilAire we picked up from you this morning. Glad we listened, the 5 week old 3M was significantly bowed. The maintenance you do for us is great and the tips you post are priceless. Crisis averted.

Bob and Jason were outstanding. They were honest, fair, respectful, and helpful! I’d call Bob anytime! He was so great! This company deserves the best reviews and referrals! I fully recommend!
Eric is always courteous and very knowledgeable. Takes the time to explain what he found and how it will be repaired. He even remembered our dog from when he was last out four years ago.
