I wish there was an option to give NO stars. I was a new customer to Accu-Temp and I had the tech Bob (Owner) come out to my house. To start I completely understand that this time of the year is a very busy time for the AC industry, but service should NEVER be dropped, or experience shouldn't be overlooked. Bob came out to my home and was very rude to my wife and 3 children.
