Accu-Spection has recently performed a house inspection for me. Great company with prompt service and extremely knowledgeable in this field. One stop company as they also performed radon gas and mold testing for me as well (optional service but well worth it). The report was delivered to me in a timely manner the very next day in the morning. Very satisfied and strongly recommend this company.
Mr. Bobrov, did the following: 1. Ran all faucets to check flow and drainage, which was excellent both from Mr. Bobrov's viewpoint and from what I saw. 2. Checked the Heating System, which due to it being over 30 years old, it needs much work, in fact, we will probably replace the whole HVAC system. 3. The Electric Stove was turned on to check both the top burners and oven. All was OK. 4. The windows were opened and the seals were checked. Work needed to be done on several of the windows. 5. They did an excellent job. I liked them a lot. The price was good for the service they provided. It was worth it. It was a pleasure to deal with them. They did what they said they were going to do. I would recommend them to others and I will use them again.
Gene came out as scheduled. He was very professional in inspecting and assessing the whole house. He was honest and blunt. There was no sugar coating. He walked through and explained each and every single issue he found. Great work.
Fantastic service. I've used Gene a few times, his inspection saved us from a money pit many years ago. He gives candid and helpful advice on what needs fixing and what doesn't.
