I have never been to a more unprofessional establishmentprofessional medical my big toe! The employee behind the desk had no clue how to work the computer. I was asked to submit a hair follicle sample which I cut myself while the medical professional who was supposed to be taking the sample turned her back to give me some privacy. I was told to collect the sample on the back of a piece of paper and the employee collected my sample afterwards wearing no gloves.
