On May 21 I had a great experience at ACCU Reference Medical Lab located in Brentwood, NY. The technician was pleasant and professional from the start. She greeted me and took my personal information efficiently, explained clearly what she was about to do, and gave me simple instructions to prepare my arm for the blood draw. I usually have trouble with technicians finding my vein, but she had absolutely no problem, it was quick and painless.
