I considered Jeff a friend, and when he didn't return my calls, I thought he was going through a tough time. Then over the many months, I realized I was not going to get my thousands back and I had to pay another to do the same work. He took money from a single mom despite all my attempts to contact him through phone and email. Learn a lesson from me, don't pay him in advance.
Terrible period.. His employees are disrespectfully poor quality of work takes months to finish a project due to poor management of time. Never resolved issues.. never responded to letters or BBB REQUEST..
