I am surprised by the number of 5 star reviews for Accruit, as our experience with them and specifically Dylan Johnson was unfortunately subpar. We contacted Dylan to discuss an upcoming land sale and proposed purchase of a condo involving a related party. We knew there could be some potential issues with a related party transaction so wanted to be completely upfront and transparent with Dylan to see if something like this would be feasible. I phoned Accruit without a contact name, just to get some info on a 1031-Exchange, which I had never done and couldn't find anyone locally who knew much. Rob Curtis answered the phone and took the time to clearly explain the process to me and make some excellent recommendations for proceeding. He was always available to help facilitate the process when needed. If we have another opportunity for a 1031, we will absolutely call Rob at Accruit.
