Takes 3+ weeks to get prescriptions mailed. When you call you're connect with AI. Accredo's whole pitch is to make things easy, but I always have to call beggin for them to ship my prescriptions that I've been waiting for 2+ weeks for.
Can’t do anything right. Can’t send medication on time. Horrible logistics. Failure of a company. Should be sued and shut down.
If I could give -5 stars I would. The most incompetent specialty pharmacy in the US. You will never have a phone call below 2 hours. It will take more than a month to set up a shipment for a new medication, refills will be never on time, they will never call you back when they promise, their text messages are so cryptic you don't even know what they want, when it gets shipped or what they want from you. I have to have my son's injections delivered every month. And almost every month I have to call Accredo to manage the delivery. Several times, they've claimed the prescription would be sent, but then they don't end up sending it because the prescription is supposedly out of date. So then I have to call the doctor to update a prescription that is still valid, but whatever. Then I have to call Accredo to make sure they send it. It is absolutely ridiculous that I have to go through this every month for the same prescription.
I've been waiting since March 2026 for these injections I need and I keep calling them because they say there was an issue with my medication every time. Now it's August and they said I should get it by the 25 will see about that.
