If I could give them zero stars, I would. As someone else on the reviews wrote, If I needed the medication sent to this "specialty pharmacy" to live day to day, I would be dead by now. They are courting at best a major malpractice claim, and at worse a wrongful death lawsuit.
Accredo is a HORRIBLE company!! If you can ask your insurance if you can use any other specialty I would HIGHLY recommend. I am switching to CVS Specialty now because of all the ridiculous problems they have caused for me. They have even caused me to be late on my medication by 6 days because of their mistakes. Billing is HORRIBLE, to give a layout I had a bill for around $1,500 from my medication order in February. I honestly would have given them zero stars bc they deserved it but tbh rare disease warriors DO NOT DESERVE IT AT ALL because we need our meds delivered on time.
Good Lord! I must have done something terrible in a past life to be punished with this pharmacy. The level of incompetence on every level is astounding! It’s like the twilight zone.
