I agree with everything the other reviewers have stated. I am going on two months with no medication and call Accredo every week. Each rep thinks they figured out the issue and tells me to call back the next day. I'm not sure why it's so difficult for this fraud company to figure out how to handle medication prescriptions
I’m not sure who runs this company but I have called multiple times regarding a typo in the pharmacists system. For 4 years now I’ve received calls on my work phone regarding prescriptions. My last contact I made them aware that messages left on my phone contain patients names, DOB, and medication. This is a HIPPA violation. I’ve never received a call back and continue to receive multiple calls a day despite multiple attempts to reach someone who can correct this.
Gives you first dose and $0 then charges you $4000. Bait and switch. No help. Rude staff.
The absolute worst specialty pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I’m convinced this pharmacies actually killing people by not sending medication’s out in a timely manner. My child had her specialty prescription transferred from another pharmacy and they made so many errors that put us back 3 weeks. My daughter got very sick without her medication and they couldn’t care less. Terrible. They don’t car. I’m glad it’s not a cancer treatment lost at UPS, these people don’t care.
