If it was possible to give less than one star I would. Every call is terrible. Almost everyone I’ve talked to is incredibly incompetent and sends me around in circles of being transferred. I’ve repeatedly gotten hung up on when anything starts to get complicated and never get a call back. They keep trying to switch me to a bio similar (that is not actually bio similar or fda approved) and every time I go to refill a prescription I have to call the insurance and my dr all over again to get the correct medication. If you can don't use them
The most absolute sham of a company. My husband gets screwed by them every time he needs his arthritis medicine. They are an awful company.
Worst of the worst. 4 hours spent on the phone and still I do not have my prescription.
On 12/19/24 I ordered my meds to be filled and delivered by 12/23/24. They said it was too soon, insurance wouldn't cover it so i ordered them to be delivered by 12/26/24 and they said that's fine, had me confirm the medication and the delivery address and everything. I show up at the doctors office for my shot on 12/26 and they didn't send it out! So I called and they couldn't tell me why, they just said it had been stopped but it will be here by 12/31 and they can't overnight it due to the holidays. Unbelievable!!! They ne... read more
