The absolute worst pharmacy- there's no communication amongst the departments and they will cancel deliveries at the last minute AFTER verifying that everything is good to go and giving you a delivery date. When they make a mistake on their end they will make you suffer by waiting on them even longer. It's a shame this company is the preferred specialty pharmacy for a lot of insurance companies
I had a very frustrating experience with Accredo Pharmacy. In my experience, their communication and service were highly unreliable and unprofessional. I was repeatedly given inaccurate information about pricing, copays, and insurance coverage. On multiple occasions, I was told my medication would arrive “the next day,” but it was never actually shipped as promised. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! for 2 Months been trying to get much needed botox applications to treat my migraines. Initially had a consultation scheduled with Dr. Eaddy, without prior notice a NP appears saying that Dr. Eaddy wasn't there. They wanted to request the botox to ACCREDO, which apparently didn't happen, I went to Cigna and Accredo, without resolve. If you have an option to use any other specialty pharmacy, do it. This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. Every single time I have to refill a prescription it is a struggle with incompetent customer service reps, long waits, and almost certainly multiple calls and wasted hours. This last refill on a medicine I have been on for over a year has required 3 lengthy calls and STILL hasn't been shipped. This company committed insurance fraud twice and nearly killed me. I have hormone positive breast cancer and require an injection once a month to prevent my body from producing the hormones that feed my cancer. This company setup a delivery date, was aware that I would not be in town until the day before and left a medication on my doorstep 3 days early to bake in the sun and expire.
