Jon was super conscientious in his inspection, pointing out both defects and things to monitor. His report was detailed, with plenty of photos to illustrate. He was extremely patient with our post-inspection follow-up questions, even those relating to assertions from potential contractors rather than to the inspection itself. He is highly, highly recommended.
