2019 was the second year we used Tracy for our taxes. 2018 was great...2019 was terrible. We met with her on Feb 14th with all our stuff. After MANY calls and emails (most of which weren't returned) we got our taxes back on 4/13/19 with a HUGE bill that was due on 4/15. Very unprofessional and never could understand why I would be upset about this. We will NOT be using Accounting Plus in the future.
I am unable to recommend this company based on my experience for the 2018 filing year. The accountant very rarely responded to calls or emails from me trying to make sure they had everything they needed to file. Twice, I called and asked to speak to management. Receptionist would tell me someone would call me back that day which never happened. The last time I called, someone did call me back. She was able to prepare the return quickly so it could be filed.
