Since May 2018, I have been contacting accountable to find out when the next orientation class was & she walked me through everything I needed whether it was over the phone or via email. I've been with Accountable for 4-5 years off and on, working out of both the Lake Mary and Clearwater offices. The local travel assignments provided through the Lake Mary office haven't been bad. My issue with both offices is the lack of consistent communication and follow through with the nurses, and now more recently pay issues without positive resolutions.
