A few years back I worked for Accountable after a medical leave. The placement process was simple and overall it was a very positive experience. The only “negative” was that when I wanted to stay I wasn’t allowed to unless the district bought out my contract, which they were unwilling to do. I had to move on and went to a direct hire district after that. This isn’t unique to AHS as there were a few others at the same school with other agencies. Threatening your nurses with being reported to their BON for demanding PPE is unforgivable. Are you serious? BONs are actually asking us to report y'all who threaten our jobs for standing up for proper PPE.

AHC is hard to beat! Excellent staff, excellent pay and great assignments!
The Seattle office is a joke! Prior to 2018 I would have nothing negative to say. The office changes like crazy and the new people are horrible. Bait and switch, the DO NOT have the nurses best interest at heart, and the shadiest account “manager” I’ve ever worked with. My house burned down in December and Tara the account manager was more worried about the hospital contract than if myself and my family were ok. It was downhill from there. My experience with the Seattle staff bordered on bait and switch. It was a joke how inexperienced their recruiter was. I complained to her boss that wasn’t much better, she just made a bunch of excuses. Stay away.
