I received a letter from this company stating they would be sending an account to collections. After messaging back, saying I have no clue what the account is, they never messaged me back to verify anything or to speak to me at all, then sent that account to collections! My credit dropped because this company sent an account that I have no ownership, nor knowledge of after not responding back. Absolutely terrible service.

Deann is one of the most unprofessional people I've ever dealt with. I was willing and able to pay, but when I asked if I could pay another way than over the phone, she scoffed at me and said, "Not with me there isn't", and refused to give me other options. I asked for them to mail me something so I had some information, and I never received it. When I called to ask Deann her verbatim response was "I don't work for the post office." Pure,100% trash. The worst financial institution I've ever dealt with. Their manager is verbally abusive and the staff also are the same and like to argue.
