If I could give a zero, I would. We have had excellent service from the medical staff. However the administrative staff are slack and can't do a simple task. I'll give two examples. My wife needed a simple refill on a prescription. We visited the office and were instructed to have the pharmacy request the refill. The pharmacy did, 3 times over 3 days. No response from Acordia. My wife called and they promised to send right away. They did not. I went by Acordia and was lied to saying my wife had not called. I insisted... read more
Dr. Abou is a very thorough doctor with excellent bedside manners. She listens to all my concerns and issues and always very helpful. What I like most is She doesn’t rush through an exam and rush me out the door.
