Medical Team was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and worked quickly to minimize my time at the clinic.
If I could give this office a zero I certainly would. Not naming names, but the Dr wanted to change my blood pressure medicine that a specialist has had me on. A week, A WEEK after my appointment the nurse calls me to tell me my urine is contaminated and they are going to "watch" it, wth, after a week lol? (If your rude nurse would do her job and collect the cups, mine wouldn't have got swapped with someone elses) she proceeds to tell me I have a uti also, In which I have never had a uti. We had our first appointment with Dr. Barnes today. It was absolutely amazing the staff everyone is so friendly and so nice. It makes you feel so comfortable. If you have trouble going to the doctor or dealing with healthcare professionals, this clinic is absolutely amazing. They take the time to answer any of your concerns, even if he found it on social media. They are patient with you and they don’t make you feel like you’re asking dumb questions. I loved it, doctors great communicator, and sense of humor. The address, everything that you ask of them. And the nurses and office staff are all very friendly.
I have been trying to get in to see a particular doctor for 2 years for primary health. I kept being told she could not take new patients and call back. Last year, I thought I could work my way in by scheduling an appointment with her through the weight loss clinic. Life happened and I couldn’t make the appointment.
