Ashok was very thorough and explained how he treated the issues and the expectations. Took care of yellow jackets inside my brick wall and unknown to me carpenter bees in one of my pergola beams. I highly recommend them in the Kitchener area !

We came back from vacation to 2 wasp nests at our home - one at the peak of our 3rd floor. After checking a few companies, I contacted Accord Pest Control. Ashok was respectful, knowledgable, and professional; he explained the options for removal carefully. He took care of both nests quickly and cleaned up the nest leftovers. We discovered a huge yellow jacket/hornet's nest above our backyard bar. We called Accord Pest Control and they came in just a few hours. Ashok was friendly, answered our endless questions and did away with the nest quite quickly!! Very thankful for his work.

We had Pharaoh Ants in our kitchen. We called Accord Pest Control and they arrived at our house in less than an hour! Ashok did a great job! He watched them carefully and quickly figured out exactly where the ant colony was located. He explained every step in the process and used a product that was only going to eradicate the ants and not harm us. By the next morning, we were completely free of those pests. This company is locally owned, very professional, and gives excellent service!
