I had a great experience with Accord Pest Control for a roach issue at my rental property in Kitchener. The problem was mainly in the kitchen and bathroom due to previous tenant habits, but the team handled it very professionally and covered whole house. They treated the unit while it was occupied and also did a follow-up treatment after the tenants moved out, ensuring everything was properly taken care of before the new tenants moved in. I totally recommend. The owner is absolutely amazing to work with and he helped fix my issues.
I had a very bad experience with this person and would not recommend him to anyone. Based on what I personally went through, he is not trustworthy and does not keep his word. I recommended him a contractor for basement work, and he took my contractor’s money and never paid him for extra work he made him do. That put me in a very uncomfortable position because I was the one who made the introduction. He also did exterminator work at my house.
