5 excellent This office is very personable. While many dental offices have a great turnover of staff, his staff people have been the same ones for 20 years. I appreciate that he doesn't hire only people under 25, which one finds prevalently. I perceive that his staff know me well and are on best of terms with me. They go out of their way to be welcoming. Moreover, they have never made any mistakes.
Overall, I have been very satisfied with the care I have had over the years. I feel confident that my dental health is in good hands.
Outstanding dental work and painless
The service as usual was very professional and caring. This includes all staff members and especially Dr. Leon Vilner & Dr. Galina. I would highly recommend this office!
Everyone was super friendly! Very clean nice place! My dentist Experience was a very satisfactory one! I recommend it!!
Nobody loves going to the dentist but Dr. Vilner and his staff always make it a very pleasant experience.
I would rate my experience at 5. I always get great service in the clinic that is why I would greatly recommend Accord Dental to my friends and in fact I have been and I always put a good word to my peers at work as well that I have a great dental clinic that I go to and all the staff that work there are great!
Everything about this visit was wonderful! They even apologized when they thought something was going to hurt. Great experience and even better customer service! I have already made an appointment for my husband and referred this office to my friend!
Dr. Vilner is an outstanding dentist. I have been his patient for the past 4+ years. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. He seems to constantly do research on new technologies and solutions in order to help his patients. He also takes the time to explain exactly what the procedure is and the associated risks/benefits.
