Do not live up to what they say they will do. Manager/ owner keeps you hanging then never replies to your emails. Said they would replace defective shingles but never did. Would use them and especially do not use Owens Corning shingles as do not stand behind their product

This person is not a customer of ours. But he purchased a home of a roof we did in 2012. We were contacted by him more than a year ago asking us to come look at his roof and that he had a home inspector look at his home for the sale of his home. His inspector said he needed a new roof. We inspected his roof and told him he had a shingle defect and we need to talk to Owens Corning.
