I opted to hire Accolade for 3 primary reasons: 1 - I was allowed to shop for my own equipment and have it shipped directly to my home which ultimately saved me approx $800 by eliminating installer mark ups. 2 - the installation rate was per hour as opposed to a flat fee so I knew that the time would be taken to do the job right and not cut corners to "beat the clock". 3- extremely knowledgeable about the equipment and what would work to meet the needs of my pool and the goals I hoped to achieve with a full replacement. I've been doing business with Larry for 7 years now and he has been great professionally. Super friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable in his field. If there's an issue he's on it and it's handled. Not only is he professional, he's a truly nice guy and cares about making his clients happy. A PLUS service!!!! Accolade Pools has serviced our semi-commercial swim pool for 7 summers --cleans, maintains, opens/closes, & repairs. We get exceptional service!
