They took in our 2006 Passat for an engine fix which they stated would be fixed in about 2 months tops. 4 months later and the part they need still hasn't arrived. Even though Steve kept saying that he was almost done, the car looked like it was never moved. I don't recommend this shop because the quality and customer treatment was poor. Choose another spot if you can.
