Hard to contact anyone
Just completed participation in a long clinical trial here. I was lucky enough to have Taylor as my trial coordinator/contact. She couldn’t have been more nice and helpful! Always respectful of my privacy and she was truly interested in how things were going and what my experience was. Just a very genuine person. Only reason for missing a star…dealing with the call center and compensation problems was ridiculous! They don't compensate you fairly. I got two procedures done in one day and only got paid for one.
Place has so much potential.. but they lie and treat people like we dont matter
