Acclaim Clinical research never compensated me for participating in a clinical trial. They issue me a debit card with no money on it. When I called them to find out why, I either got the runaround or no reply. Such a scam
Poorly run and unprofessional. They will keep you waiting for hours with no explanation about the process.
Hard to contact anyone
Just completed participation in a long clinical trial here. I was lucky enough to have Taylor as my trial coordinator/contact. She couldn’t have been more nice and helpful! Always respectful of my privacy and she was truly interested in how things were going and what my experience was. Just a very genuine person. Only reason for missing a star…dealing with the call center and compensation problems was ridiculous!
